At Arsenal on the prototype and in this
model city the Freight highline and the
Grays ferry branch return to the NEC
mainline. And there is a Sub-station in this
location for catenary power and signal
power. The substation, which consists of
Transformer area, control bldg and
generator building, is currently in
construction. Catenary in this section has
recently been completed
